CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

To provide our cleaning staff with sufficient time to clean and prepare the unit for the next guest, your understanding is appreciated. If the room is available, we may accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests for an additional fee. Additionally, we offer a luggage drop-off option for your convenience

PET POLICY

Given the high-end furniture and linens featured in our Luxe Rentals properties, we recommend refraining from bringing pets. Any additional dry cleaning, cleaning treatments, or linen replacements necessitated by pet hair will incur charges for pet owners. Should you choose to bring a pet, a 5,000,000 VND pet deposit and a one-time 1,000,000 VND pet cleaning fee will apply.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Luxe Rentals require a security deposit from our guests. For short-term rentals, the security deposit is 2,000,000 VND, and for monthly rentals, it is 5,000,000 VND. The deposit will be promptly refunded upon check-out following a satisfactory inspection of the property.

SELF CHECK-IN

Luxe Rentals offers a streamlined self-check-in experience, with the exception of À La Carte Ha Long Bay, providing convenience and flexibility for our guests. Through our cutting-edge technology, guests can effortlessly check in without a physical key, enabling them to begin enjoying their stay immediately.

SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited. A fine of 2,000,000 VND will be imposed on guests who do not comply.

REPAIRS

Luxe Rentals is dedicated to upholding the highest standards in our luxury units. In the rare event that you experience any maintenance or repair issues during your stay, please follow the guidelines below:

a. Guests are responsible for promptly reporting any maintenance or repair issues to Luxe Rentals.

b.Guests must refrain from attempting any repairs on their own or engaging external contractors without prior written permission from Luxe Rentals

c. Luxe Rentals will promptly attend to reported maintenance or repair issues to ensure a swift resolution.

CANCELLATION

We recognize that plans may evolve, and our cancellation policy aims to accommodate potential changes while ensuring fairness for both parties. For any inquiries regarding cancellations, please reach out to us at admin@theluxerentals.com

a. Full Refund: Short stay-Cancellations: To receive a full refund, guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occure at least 14 days before check0in. If guest cancel between 7 to 14 days before check-in, guest will be paid 50% for all nitghts. If eligible, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

Full Refund: Monthly Cancellation -Long term: To receive a full refund, guest mút cancel at least 30 days before check-in

b. Partial Refund: For cancellation requests beyond the 5 days window from the time of booking, the initial 1 days are non-refundable, and the remaining amount will be refunded. For

c. Cutting Your Stay Short: We provide flexible policies for guests needing to shorten their stay due to emergencies. In such cases, guests should adjust their booking to an earlier check-out date, and we will approve the change rather than cancel the reservation altogether.

EVENTS

Hosting events at Luxe Rentals properties is prohibited. Nonetheless, small gatherings with friends and family are allowed, provided that noise levels do not disrupt our neighbors.
